Great Jones is a startup company who sells pans, pots and oven to the customers. They are coming up with a kitchen service which will be very helpful for the masses.

The new service is named as Potline, it is a free messaging service which helps the cooking enthusiasts with different types of innovative recipes.  It also delivers suggestions when something is going on wrong in the middle of cooking. Sierra Tishgart who is the co-founder of Great Jones has said that the Potline is “a really natural extension”.  The organization is already getting different types of doubts regarding the utensils.

Tishgard also said that:

“It’s great to see someone write in to say, ‘Hey, I’m cooking for my new girlfriend or boyfriend, and I want a roast chicken recipe.’”

They are using the text message services because if anyone is cooking pasta and he is facing any kind of difficulties, then he can text the company to get a quick solution. This is the pretty compact form to contact the kitchen experts.

Primarily, the Potline service will be from 4 to 8 PM on Wednesday and Monday evenings. All the timings are as per the format of eastern time. The leader of the customer experience named Gavy Scelo has said that very soon the customer will receive feedback which will be delivered in the time of asking queries.

According to Tishgart, there are very few members to execute this service.  He also added that:

“This is very much an experiment for us. Gaby is answering the questions. We’re on our own text thread with seven of us in the office contributing, but it’s really going to be relying on Gaby’s expertise [and] a large database of recipes.”

But right now, according to a survey, the service is very successful. So, they are planning to expand the services on the other days of the week. If you want to experience this service, you can pick up your phone and start texting 1-814-BISCUIT.
